Production process:
Activated carbon from coconut shell for gas phase adsorption is screened from coconut shell imported from Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines and other countries by rotary high temperature activation furnace.
Performance characteristics:
It has the characteristics of high mechanical strength, developed pore structure, large specific surface area, fast adsorption speed, high adsorption capacity, easy regeneration and durability.
Common specifications:
It is black and granular. Commonly used specifications and models are: 4-8 mesh, 5-10 mesh, 6-12 mesh, 10-24 mesh, 8-30 mesh, 8-16 mesh, 20-40 mesh, 40-60 mesh, 200 mesh, 325 mesh. It can also be customized according to customers'needs.
Application of Coconut Shell Activated Carbon in Waste Gas Treatment:
1. Granular activated carbon (PAC) is often used in gas phase adsorption, which usually allows air flow to be adsorbed through the activated carbon layer. According to the different states of the activated carbon layer in the adsorption device, there are several kinds of adsorption layers: fixed layer, moving layer and flow layer.
2. Coconut shell activated carbon is used to refine gases, such as gas mask, cigarette filter, refrigerator deodorizer and automobile exhaust treatment device.
3. Catalyst carriers for gas phase adsorption, decolorization of monosodium glutamate, citric acid, oil, turbidity reduction of liquor, refining and phosgene synthesis, high mercury chloride and vinyl acetate.
